General conditions of sale
1) Introduction
The general sale conditions in object (here on “General conditions”) are applicable to distance sale through telematic tools of the products realized and sold by Bacididama, to ensure maximum transparency to the client. All the sale contracts concluded between seller and buyer (here on “Clients”), on the website www.bacididama.eu, following the procedures described above, shall be regulated by the General Conditions in object, which form integral part of all the agreements.
2) Terms of sale
The information contained in the website shall not in any case be considered as a binding sales agreement, but rather a quote.
The order of purchase is made by the Client by sending a form indicating the
desired products and the chosen payment method.
Once the form has been sent, the Client shall receive a confirmation email, which constitutes the acceptance of the contract by the client, containing all the information necessary to complete the purchase (indication of the purchased product/indication of its price and delivery costs, payment method).
Once the payment is verified, the Client shall receive a second confirmation email and from that moment the times for the preparation and delivery of the order become effective.
3) Prices
Prices include taxes and duties, while they do not include delivery costs.
Delivery costs shall be covered by the client and will be communicated in detail at the moment of the order confirmation.
For orders above € 150,00 delivery costs shall be covered by the Seller.
4) Payment methods
The Client agrees to correspond the price of the ordered products through one of the following payment methods:
- Advanced bank transfer: if you choose this method, bank account details shall be sent you together with the order confirmation. Sending a copy of the transaction to info@bacididama.eu delivery times will be made faster, otherwise these will depend on the accreditation on the current account.
- Paypal: choosing this payment method you can pay in total safety using your paypal account.
5) Delivery and delivery method
Delivery will be carried out through courier at the address provided by the client, and time of delivery shall depend on the destination, on the time of year when the order is purchased and confirmed, and on the products’ availability.
Bacididama shall deliver the products to the courier within 5/10 days from the order confirmation if the product is immediately available, whilst if the product has to be realized the time will be let known at the moment of the purchase.
Barring accidents, delivery times in the national territory are equal to 3/4 working days.
Once the order is sent, Bacididama shall send a notification email.
Bacididama shall not be liable for delivery times and delays, but offers its support in solving possible problems arising with the courier related to the delivery.
6) Withdrawal
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract, with no penalty and without specifying the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) working days upon receiving the products
Withdrawal must be communicated within the term indicated above by registered letter with advice of delivery that declares the will to withdraw from the contract.
Such communication must be addressed to Bacididama owned by Roberta Pellizzato, via Bragadin 4/C, 30126 Lido di Venezia (VE)
The letter can be sent, within the same term, by electronic post to info@bacididama.eu, at the condition that such communication is also confirmed by a registered letter with advice of delivery sent to the above address within 48 (forty-eight) hours.
The restitution of the products, which shall be covered by the Client, must take place within 30 (thirty) days upon receiving the products. In order to obtain the full reimbursement, products must be returned intact, unused and inside their original package.
Bacididama shall provide the reimbursement of the entire price within 30 (thirty) days upon receiving the products.
7) Privacy
Bacididama protects its clients’ privacy and guarantees that the treatment of personal data
shall respond to what provided for by the governing privacy norms.
Personal and fiscal details provided by the Client and collected by Bacididama are collected and treated exclusively for the purpose of registering the order and concluding the contract and the relative necessary communication, and to allow an efficient management of the commercial relationship in the necessary measure to fulfil the required service.
Bacididama agrees to treat details and information received by the Client with secrecy and not to reveal them to unauthorized persons, not to use them for different purposes than the ones for which they were collected, and not to transmit them to third parties.
Personal details will be communicated, after the conclusion of a non-disclosure agreement, only to the subjects appointed to the completion of the necessary activities for the fulfilment of the contract and communicated exclusively for such purpose.
In every case, the collected details will be held for a period equal and not superior to the one necessary to fulfil the end for which they were collected and eventually treated.
Title-holder of the collection and treatment of personal details is Bacididama, owned by Roberta Pellizzato, to whom the Client can send, at the company’s address, any request.
8) Applicable law and resolution of claims
The contract in object shall be governed by the Italian law.
For any controversy that could arise from the interpretation and execution of the present contract, the competent authority shall be the Foro di Venezia.
